Challenge # 787 - Merry Christmas

Hello and welcome back to a brand new and also final Challenge in 2024. It´s me, Imke and here comes the last topic for this year and I am sure you can all join in:

"Merry Christmas"

I think the theme speeks for itself.

And don´t forget, you can link to anything that fits the topic - not just cards. Link your project below using the Linkytool. And take a look at the works of my girlfriends. They are linked with a "DT" in the name.

We, the entire team, would like to thank you for taking part in our challenges in such large numbers. Thank you for your loyalty. We hope that we will have a lot of fun being creative next year too. To everyone who celebrates Christmas, we wish you happy holidays and a good start to the new year 2025.  There will be no challenge next week, challenges will resume on January 1st.

Challenge #786 - Featured Project

It was great fun seeing all the "action" through last week's "Action" challenge entries. I was especially drawn to Denise's shaker tag.

Challenge #786 - Action

This week's challenge is based on another Def Leppard hit. This time, the song is "Action" and I'm looking for action on your creations. Whether your project has moving parts or includes something that typically moves (e.g., a vehicle), we'd love to see it. Even Santa's sleigh moving from one chimney to the next would work!

I created a birthday card using an Action Wobble. Here's a little video showing the action. The background music is, appropriately, "Action" by Def Leppard.

Please link up your "Action" project below. I can't wait to see what you create!

Featured Non-Traditional Winter Holiday Makes

You all had no problem making those unique holiday cards.  I saw so many wonderful projects!  Here are my faves....

Such cool cards!  Feel free to take the Featured badge for your blog.

Hope to see everyone back for our next challenge!

Challenge #785 - Tag, You're It

It's Brenda here today with a new challenge for you.  Being that it is so near Christmas, I tried to think of something that could be used at Christmas, or something else if you are tired of Christmas making.  I decided to go with Tag, You're It.  I'm looking forward to seeing your tags of any flavor, Christmas or otherwise.  Here are the tags I made using Eric Elf -

We look forward to having you play along.  We would love to see any type of paper craft as long as there is a tag on it.  If you are lacking in inspiration, stop by to see the Girlfrieds, their links are their pictures on the side bar.

I can't wait to see what you create!

Challenge # 784 - Non-Traditional Winter Holiday!

Happy Wednesday, all.  The challenge this week is Non-Traditional Winter Holiday which means we want to see those holiday cards that have a unique element.  Maybe it's colours not usually associated with that particular holiday, maybe it's a stamp/image that isn't really meant for a holiday, maybe you've used an upcycled or non-crafty item on your project - so many ways you can interpret this one!

And remember, we're not just about cards.  We'd love to see your tag, scrapbook layout, journal, bookmark, altered item - any papercraft goes!

This is what I did....

I used some non-traditional Christmas colours, along with a gnome digi - but in this case, it's an elf.  (:

If you would like more inspiration, check out what the Girlfriends have created.  Then, head on back here to link up your project.

Can't wait to see what you create!
